Malcolm has been my computer technician over the past three years and I, being classed as a 'senior' and with basic computer skills, would have not managed without Malcolm;s expertise. I have much more confidence today because of Malcolm's teaching skills.

As I run a small business from home. Malcolm Barry has been a great help to me. I have found him always prompt in response to my phone calls and often came to my home at short notice. He recently set up my new computer system after the previous one crashed. He set up a wireless router, phone/ fax/scanner and 2 computers suggesting the easiest most economic way for me to go about this.
Malcolm has a courteous, friendly manner and is happy to explain in a simple way how to use the computer and various pieces of equipment. He has taught me many shortcuts, how to scan documents, photos and slides, use my email better as well as recommending the programs that where useful and appropriate for me.
I now use and enjoy my computer so much more than I ever did before and would happily recommend Malcolm to anyone needing help with setting up and learning about their computer and associated equipment.

In the past two years I have known Malcolm Barry on a professional capacity, he initially helped me with a computer issue and after a few visits he was able to provide support to many of my computer problems. Malcolm assisted me in becoming confident in an area that I initially was afraid of.
Now after his training I am able to use my computer to its full capacity and run my business with so much ease. He sometimes in the beginning was like my personal assistant because I was having so many troubles, but with his approach and teaching methods he has been able to now reduce the support to email or telephone conversations.

Over the past 18 plus years, Malcolm has assisted me on numerous occasions, either over the telephone or face to face with computer problems. From hardware fault diagnosis and repairs, to software installation and support and even one on one training. He has always been available to assist.
As Malcolm's former manager in the Ambulance Service of NSW, he had
the roll of installing and setting up the ambulance stations' computers and
network systems and training all staff in basic computing.
His overall skills and knowledge regarding computer hardware and
software is a credit to him. As a Certificate IV Trainer and Assessor, his
excellent communication skills afford his students a great wealth of
knowledge and experience.
Malcolm's new business, Mal's Mobile Computer Repairs & Training Services,
provides a professional and much needed service to the local community.
Most people dread having to pull apart their computer, put it in the car
and take it to a shop. Malcolm will travel to the problem and fix it onsite.
I would recommend Malcolm for any IT/Computer training either one on
one or in group environment.
